MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY
1. Ensure all casting mating surfaces are flush.
2. Torque the center joints in sequence to step 1
specification.
TORQUE
Frame Center Joint Fastener:
Step 1: 60 ft-lbs (82 Nm)Step 2: 100 ft-lbs (149 Nm)
3. Torque the outside joints in sequence to step 1
specification.
TORQUE
Frame Outer Joint Fastener:
Step 1: 35 ft-lbs (47 Nm)Step 2: 40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)
4. Torque center joints in sequence to step 2
specification.
TORQUE
Frame Center Joint Fastener:
Step 1: 60 ft-lbs (82 Nm)Step 2: 100 ft-lbs (149 Nm)
5. Torque outside joints in sequence to step 2
specification.
TORQUE
Frame Outer Joint Fastener:
Step 1: 35 ft-lbs (47 Nm)Step 2: 40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)
