11. With the aid of an assistant, lift the cross member with
seat belts

and align with rear ROPS mounting
brackets.
12.Install M10 x 1.5 x 75 fasteners

(PN 7520488) and
M10 x 1.5 Nyloc nuts
f
(PN 7520117) to secure the
seat belt cross member to the rear ROPS
assemblies. Torque to specification.
IMPORTANT
Ensure the seat belts are not twisted.
TORQUE
Seat Belt Cross Member Fasteners:
40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)
13.Install both C-pillar covers

and T-25 Torx fasteners
h
. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
C-Pillar Cover Fasteners:
14 in-lbs (2 Nm)
IMPORTANT
Torque all ROPS fasteners using the A - B - A - B
torque pattern until no fastener rotation is observed to
achieve torque specification.
ROOF INSTALLATION (TURBO S ONLY)
1. Install the roof brackets

(PN 5267751-458) and
four T-40 Torx fasteners
w
(PN 7519650). Torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Roof Bracket Mounting Fasteners:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
