2. Install roof weather stripping
e
(PN 5814798) and
r
(PN 5814853) along the scribe lines of the roof as
needed.
NOTICE
For the side foam pieces, the front edge of foam should
align with the front of the alignment marks on the
underside of the roof.
3. Install the roof assembly and four rear T-40 Torx
fasteners (PN 7519650)
t
and washers (PN
7556329). Install all fasteners by hand first. Once all
fasteners are installed, torque to specification.
TORQUE
Roof Mounting Fasteners:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
TORQUE
Roof Mounting Fasteners:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
4. Install the left front roof cover which has the RZR
etching
y
(PN 5267873-458) and the right front roof
cover
u
(PN 5267874-458).
5. Install the four T-40 roof mounting fasteners
i
(PN
7519650) and washers (PN 7556329) and torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Roof Mounting Fasteners:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
ROPS INSTALLATION (4 SEAT)
IMPORTANT
Loosely install fasteners into ROPS until ROPS is fully
assembled prior to torquing any fasteners.
WARNING
It may be necessary to lift the vehicle to aid in ROPS
installation. Serious injury may result if the vehicle tips
or falls. Be sure the vehicle is secure before beginning
this step. Always wear eye protection.
