1. Install middle ROPS

onto vehicle. Loosely install
M10 x 1.5 x 65 screws (PN7519903)

and M10 x
1.5 Nyloc nuts (PN 7547268)

through the middle
ROPS mounts.
IMPORTANT
Bolts must be installed from the inner side of the middle
ROPS as shown.
2. Slide the LH rear ROPS mount
w
onto the LH ROPS
as shown.
NOTICE
There is a RH or LH marking on each mount to indicate
which side it is used on.
3. Install O-ring

approximately 3/4″ (20 mm) from the
end of the LH ROPS.
4. Install LH ROPS

onto vehicle. Loosely install M10
x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN 7519906)
a
and M10 x 1.5
Nyloc nuts (PN 7547746)
k
into the front mount
point. Install LH bolster

onto the middle mount.
Loosely install M10 x 1.25 x 55 screws (PN 7519956)
s
and M10 x 1.25 flanged Nyloc nuts (PN 7547333)
l
onto the bolster and middle mount point.
5. Align lower bolster mount on the outside of the rocker
frame mounting hole as shown. install M8 x 1.25 x 20
screw (PN 7518450)

into the mount. Torque
fastener to specification.
TORQUE
Lower Bolster Mounting Fastener:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
