Before contacting the ATAC, make sure you have the Serial
Number for your library. To locate the Serial Number, do one
of the following:
• Open the Control Module (CM) back door. Look for the
Serial Number located in the upper left inside panel.
• From the Operator Panel Main Menu, select Database
Menu Config Dialog. The library Serial Number is
listed in the Serial# field.
