9.2.9 Control Unit: Infeed operation (BICO interconnection)
To output the ”Infeed operation” signal at terminal X132.7 of the Control Unit,
parameter: ”r863 Bit 0” of the infeed must be connected to parameter: ”p742” of
the Control Unit via BICO interconnection:
S Infeed: r863 Bit 0: Infeed operation
S Control Unit: p742, BI: CU signal source for terminal DI/DO 12
and terminal X132.7 of the Control Unit must then be parameterized as output
DO12.
Perform the following actions:
1. Double–click Project > Drive_Unit_Addr10 > Control Unit > Inputs/Outputs
to open the terminal configuration in the project navigator.
2. In the ”Bidirectional digital inputs/outputs” tab (1), change the status for ter-
minal X132.7 to ”Output” (2)
3. Click the binector input symbol of terminal X132.7, DO12 (3) and select the
signal: Infeed > ”r863: Bit0, ... Infeed operation” (4).
