15.13.2 How do I change the default application?
ShopKey Pro is the default application that opens when the SureTrack & Repair
Information icon is selected from the Home screen on your diagnostic tool.
If needed, you can change the default application to ProDemand, by selecting the
menu icon (Figure 15-25), then select ProDemand.

Pro Demand, how do I link my diagnostic tool to it?
NOTE
To use this feature and link to a ShopKey Pro or ProDemand account, you
must have an active SureTrack account. To create a SureTrack account, see
Creating an Account on page 189.
If you wish to access your shops’ ShopKey Pro or ProDemand account from your
diagnostic tool:
1. Have the shop administrator (or applicable), log into ProDemand or
ShopKey Pro.
2. Select the username (near the top right), and then from the dropdown menu
select Profile Manager, then log in again to the Shop Profile Manager.
The Shop Profile Manager window will open (Figure 15-26),

3. Select Add a technician (Figure 15-26).
4. Enter the email address that you used when you created your SureTrack
account for the diagnostic tool.
5. Close the Shop Profile Manager window to save and exit.
Now, when you select the Repair Information icon from the Home screen on your
diagnostic tool, you will connect to your shops’ ShopKey Pro or ProDemand
account.
