the active Clock card.

The response in this example shows SPRD values calculated for averaging times of
3 seconds, 12 seconds, 48 seconds, and 192 seconds. The values for averaging
times of 768 seconds and 3072 seconds are not yet available, but do become
available as the system collects data.
Latest Maximum Relative Time Interval Error
This measurement is displayed in nanoseconds and measures an input port’s
Latest Maximum Relative Time Interval Error (LMRTIE) at specific observation time
intervals. LMRTIE is based on the maximum phase deviation over an interval of
time.
LMRTIE values from 1 second to 24 hour observation times are available every
15 minutes. The 1 second data is available after 1 second and is updated each
1 second. The command format is:
