Command Example:
ED-USER-SECU::FRED:SC001::FREDJR,TANK.1,,USER;
The command in this example changes the password and user name of FRED to
FREDJR with a new password of TANK.1.
Enter User Security
This command sets up a new user. Up to ten users can be entered. The command
format is:
ENT-USER-SECU:[<tid>]:<aid>:<ctag>::<pid>,,<uap>;
Parameter Value Description
<aid> Existing user name Old user name
<newuid> Up to ten alphanumeric characters (non case-sensitive) New user name
<newpid> Up to ten case-sensitive characters. Must include at least two
non-alphabetic characters and must include at least one special
character: any printing character other than a letter of the
alphabet, a number, a comma, a colon, or a semicolon.
Note: For Management cards with firmware version 4328D no
special characters are required in the password, but can be used
if desired.
