Acknowledgement
If a normal response or an error response is not sent within two seconds of receipt
of a command, an acknowledgment is sent. The acknowledgment codes and their
meanings are as follows:
IP (In Progress) - The command was initiated.
NA (No Acknowledgment) - The command was accepted, but control of the
processing was lost.
If IP is sent, a normal response or an error response follows. If NA is sent, there is
no further response and the command must be re-sent.
The IP acknowledgement format is shown as follows:
IP <ctag>
The NA acknowledgement format is shown as follows:
NA <ctag>
Normal Response
The completed normal response format is shown as follows:
^^^<sid>^<date>^<time>
M^^<ctag>^COMPLD
;
COMPLD indicates a command was completed with no errors or the requested
information was returned.
Error Response
The completed error response format is shown as follows:
^^^<sid>^<date>^<time>
M^^<ctag>^DENY
