Keyword Description
94 TimeHub 5500 TL1 Reference Guide 097-55501-02 Issue 7 – January, 2005
AIS (Output AIS)
This keyword forces an Output Driver card to generate AIS instead of the usual
formatted signal. The keyword format is:
AIS=<value>
AOMERGE (Automatic Output Merge)
This keyword specifies if the automatic output messages and commands are
carried separately on two different communication ports or combined on one port.
The network parameters for the two ports are: PORTCMDS and PORTAO. The
keyword format is:
AOMERGE=<value>
If the IP address of the manager matches IPLM1 or IPLM2 the output is merged
regardless of the AOMERGE value.
Following a firmware download to the Management card, AOMERGE can be reset
to N. If one port had been used to carry both automatic events and commands, the
AOMERGE setting should be checked and changed to Y if necessary.
Note: This feature is available in firmware versions 4142B and later.
If a manually set output SSM value is selected, ACTSSM does not
report the manually set SSM value (see OMANSSM (Output Manual
SSM), on page 124 and OQLEVEL (Output Quality Level), on page
124). Instead, ACTSSM reports the SSM value that would be applied
if the manual capability was disabled.
