Commands
Command Description
Set Threshold
This command changes the threshold of a measurement for a particular input
channel and specifies a measurement threshold that automatically disqualifies an
input signal when the threshold is exceeded provided the CRI property of the
measurement is set to Y.
Thresholds can also be used to cause automatic reporting of the measurement
when it crosses the threshold in either direction (using the RPT property of the
measurement). (See Chapter 4, Performance Monitoring.) The command format is:
SET-TH[-TSG]::<aid>:<ctag>::<montype>,<value>;
Command Example:
SET-TH::CLK-2:SC1::LMRTIE-15M,100;
This example sets a threshold of 100 nanoseconds on the LMRTIE-15M
measurement for clock input channel 2.
Switch Duplex Equipment
This command forces the system to switch the inactive Clock card to the active
state. The effect is the same as pressing the Force Active pushbutton on the
inactive Clock card. The command format is:
SW-DX-EQPT:[<tid>]:CLK:<ctag>;
Parameter Value Variables Description
<aid> CLK-a a = 1 to 4 Input port number of Clock card
<montype> See Chapter 4, Performance Monitoring
<value> a If <montype> = TDEV:
a = 0 to 800,000
Threshold value for TDEV in
nanoseconds. Factory setting is 0.
a If <montype> = MRTIE:
a = 0 to 1,900,000,000
Threshold value for MRTIE in
nanoseconds. Factory setting is 0.
a If <montype> = LMRTIE:
a = 0 to 1,900,000,000
Threshold value for LMRTIE in
nanoseconds. Factory setting is 0.
a If <montype> = SPRD:
a = 0 to 7,300,000
Threshold value for SPRD in parts per
million. Factory setting is 0. No input port
is specified in <aid>.
a If <montype> = FFOFF:
0 to 7,300,000
Threshold value for FFOFF in parts per
million. Factory setting is 0.
