All Input Ports
To specify measurement properties for all input ports of a Clock card, the command
format is:
ED-EQPT[-TSG]:[<tid>]:CLK0&&a:<ctag>:::<montype>=THR-a&RPT-a&PM-
a&GOOD-a;
a = 4 if Clock card is 555xx-01 (5 input)
or
a = 8 if Clock card is 555xx-02 (9 input)

FFOFF monitored type, where a is the averaging
time interval in seconds

LMRTIE monitored type, where a is the
observation time interval in seconds (S), minutes
(M), or hours (H)

MRTIE monitored type, where a is the
observation time interval in seconds (S), minutes

RPT-a a = Y or N Indicates if an event is generated (Y) or not
