3.1.9.1.139 0x6080 Max motor speed
Sets the max allowed speed for the motor in either direction. It is used to protect the motor and is taken from
the motor data sheet. The value shall be given in user-defined units (RPM by default; see 0x60a9 SI unit
velocity to change it).
