Data Protection
During operation the system records and stores personal customer data (call log-
ging). Take the following precautionary measures:
• During configuration, always keep the configuration / planning data contained
on the relevant data carriers under supervision.
• Ensure that only authorized persons have access to the data.
Regulating Access to the System Configuration
To ensure that only authorized persons have access to the system data, consist-
ently implement the following protective measures:
• Change the initialization passwords.
• Change the passwords at regular intervals and keep them under lock and key.
• Regulate remote maintenance access.
