For outdoor ONTs that have two Ethernet ports, both Ethernet ports support IPTV but only one of
the two ports can be configured for IPTV support at any one time.

This connection type, as described here, is supported on the O-421E-B outdoor ONTs only. The
O-211M-R ONT also supports RF return path connections but implements the feature differently;
see Table 7-13 for details.
Figure 7-14 shows the O-211M-G (AE) outdoor ONT physical connections.
Data, IP video

VoIP connections
This connection is provided through Ethernet RJ-45 or IDC type connectors
(if available) for connection to Ethernet lines. Up to two Ethernet
connections are supported for both data and IP video services.
EPC connector
(1)
This connection provides an Ethernet power connection jumper that
enables + 12V to be supplied to power SWRD for CATV return channel
support.
RF video and MoCA
connection
(1)
This connection is provided through the F-type connector for CATV
service, and MoCA data and IPTV services. Outdoor ONT supports one
F-type connector depending on the outdoor ONT model.
RF return path
connection
(3)
This connection is provided through the F-type connector using HPNA 3.1
over coax. Outdoor ONTs support one F-type connector depending on the
outdoor ONT model.
PON optical
connection
This connection is provided through SC/APC or OptiTap/APC connectors
for the physical interface to the PON.
Power and alarm
connections
Power and alarm connections to an external UPS with support for battery
alarms are provided. Screw-down terminals or IDC connectors may be
used, depending on the outdoor ONT model.
