d Pull the eluent A chamber 2 to 3 cm toward the front.
e Holding the cap of the eluent A chamber, turn the bottle until the
cap detaches.
8 Clean the chambers.
a Dilute any remaining liquid in the bottle of the eluent A chamber
with plenty of water, then discard the liquid.
b Blot water from the chamber bottle, cap and tube with gauze.
c Attach the eluent A chamber to its original position.
d Clean the eluent B chamber in the same procedure.

e Clean the eluent CV chamber in the same procedure.
• See steps 7-d to 8-c.
f Push the fixing bracket and tighten the knurled screw by hand.
g Close the side cover.
IMPORTANT:
Remove and clean one chamber at a time to prevent
confusion.
NOTE:
Do not pull the cords or tubes excessively when pulling out
the chambers. The sensor cords and tubes may become
disconnected.
NOTE:
Remove any lint if it is stuck to the bottle, cap or tube. Lint
may clog the tube.
NOTE:
Tighten the chamber cap securely. If the cap is loose, the chamber may leak, resulting in damage to the
instrument.
