5.2 Providing access to the components for maintenance services
Before starting any maintenance work, raise, then lock the tractor hood. To do that,
proceed as follows:
- dismantle monocyclone 2 (figure 5.2.1);
- pull control cable 3 towards you;
- raise hood 1;
- fix the hood in the open position by means of rod 4 in the bracket.
To close the hood, do the following:
- slightly raise hood 1 to release rod 4 from the corresponding bracket;
- fasten rod 4 in its regular place;
- lower hood 1 to the lower position untill you hear an indicative click;
- install monocyclone 2.
