ATTENTION: WHEN OPERATING IN THE HEATING MODE THE SWITCH 2
(FIGURE 2.5.1) SHALL BE COMPLETELY OFF TO PREVENT THE AIR COOLING SYS-
TEM AND THE AIR HEATING SYSTEM FROM OPERATING SIMULTANEOUSLY!

2.5.3 Cab ventilation
During the air conditioner operation in the cooling and heating modes, the cab venti-
lation is executed simultaneously. To make the air conditioner operate only in the ventila-
tion mode it is necessary to close the heater control valve, set the switch 2 (figure 2.5.1.) in
position “0” and the switch 1 in any of three marked positions.
2.5.4 Cab heater-fan usage
Against order your tractor can be equipped with heater-fan instead of the air conditioner.
Cab heater-fan can operate in two modes: heating and ventilation.
Cab heater-fan control is carried out by means of button switch which is installed in the
upper shield unit of button switches 6 (Figure 2.1.1), instead of blind plug 8 (Figure 2.3.1).
Pressing heater-fan switch button turns on the cab air ventilation.
The heater-fan switch button has 3 positions:
- “Off”;
- “Low air delivery mode is on”;
- “High air delivery mode is on”.
In order to actuate heater-fan in heating mode, do the following:
- start the engine and let it operate at medium rpm for warming the coolant up to the
temperature from + 60
0
C to + 80
0
C, then open the heater valve. To do this, turn valve
handle 2 (Figure 2.5.2) counterclockwise against the stop.
- check and, if necessary, refill the expansion tank with coolant to the upper edge of
the expansion tank fastening clamp;
- switch on the heater-fan with the help of switch. Thus, warm air should start filling
the cab within 1-5 minutes, which demonstrates heating system integrity;
- direct the air flow in the right direction with the help of deflectors.
ATTENTION: WHEN THE HEATER-FAN OPERATES IN THE HEATING MODE,
CAB VENTILATION IS PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY. TO OPERATE THE HEATER-
FAN IN VENTILATING MODE ONLY (DURING WARM SEASON) THE HEATER’S
VALVE SHALL BE CLOSED!
