6. POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR TROUBLE-
SHOOTING
6.1 Possible clutch failures and instructions for troubleshooting
On the BELARUS-82.3 tractors it is possible to install two options of clutch:
- clutch of diaphragm type, made in the EU;
- clutch of lever type, manufactured by OJSC “MTW” Republic of Belarus.
The list of possible failures of the diaphragm-type clutch and instructions for trou-
bleshooting are shown in table 6.1.1.
The list of possible failures of the lever-type clutch and instructions for troubleshoot-
ing are shown in table 6.1.2.
