2.15 HLL pump control
The HLL pump switching shaft 1 (Figure 2.15.1) has two positions:
- “HLL pump on” – the shaft 1 is turned counterclockwise against the stop;
- “HLL pump off” – the shaft 1 is turned clockwise against the stop.
Before turning the shaft 1 to any of two positions, loosen bolt 2 by 1…1.5 revolu-
tions and turn the shaft 1 together with a locking plate. Tighten bolt 2.
The HLL pump activation diagram is given in Figure 2.15.1, as well as in the instruc-
tion shield on the lower part of the cab front wall.

Note – Figure 2.15.1 shows the position “HLL pump off”.
ATTENTION: THE PUMP SHALL BE TURNED ON AND OFF ONLY WITH THE
MINIMUM IDLE SPEED OF THE ENGINE!
ATTENTION: IN ORDER TO PREVENT BREAKDOWN OF UNITS AND ELE-
MENTS OF HYDRAULICS, IN CASE OF OIL LEAKAGE OCCURS DURING OPERA-
TION, STOP THE ENGINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND DEACTIVATE THE PUMP!
The pump shall be disengaged with the engine stopped or running at minimal speed.
2.16 HLL distributor sections (remote cylinders) control
2.16.1 Remote hydraulic cylinders control by means of levers.
An information plate 1 (Figure 2.16.1) with distributor control diagram depending on
the tractor configuration (whether the draft regulator is available) is located on the wind-
screen, to the right from the instrument panel. Possible versions of the information plates
are presented in Figure 2.16.2.
