To exclude contact and/or tractor and loader damages the minimum distances between
fixed members of tractor and loader components attached to it shall be not less than 0.1 m, and
in case of moving member – not less than 0.15 m.
The loader shall bear marks “Maximum speed limitation”, and also necessary warn-
ing labels, for example: to "Fix". On loader operating equipment, limit values of load-
carrying capacity shall be specified to the fore.
ATTENTION: INSTALLATION OF FRONT LOADERS OF VARIOUS MANUFAC-
TURERS IS ALLOWED ON THE BELARUS-82.3 TRACTORS IN CASE IT IS STIPULAT-
ED BY LOADER TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION!
ATTENTION: IT IS PROHIBITED TO INSTAL ON THE TRACTOR THOSE FRONT
LOADERS THAT ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR USE TOGETHER WITH THE BELARUS-
82.3 TRACTOR!
Depending on replaceable operating equipment installed, two modes of loader op-
eration – "Loader" and "Bulldozer" are possible.
ATTENTION: PROVIDING CONSUMER WITH ALL KINDS OF NECESSARY
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING CONFIRMATION OF POSSIBILITY OF
COUPLING OF THE LOADER WITH THE BELARUS-82.3 TRACTOR, COMES WITHIN
DUTIES OF THE LOADER MANUFACTURER!
4.13.2 Safety measures when operating the BELARUS-82.3 tractor with loader in-
stalled
During loader operation it is necessary to check tightening of fasteners for mounting
frame of the loader and the tractor wheels, and pressure in tires, on a shift-time basis.
During loader operation observe safety requirements listed in subsection 3.3 “Safety
measures to be taken when operating the tractor”.
Additionally during the loader operation it is forbidden to:
- carry a load with weights exceeding those specified in loader OM;
- fill loader bucket amain; work on soft soils;
- place bucket outside slope crest when throwing off soil aslope (in order to avoid
tractor slipping);
- transport a load in the bucket at maximum boom reach;
- work when there are cracks on rims and when tires are damaged to the cord or
damaged through;
- leave the tractor with the load lifted;
- make all types of turns and reverse movements with working attachments buried;
- work with faulty lights, alarm system, steering and brakes;
- carry out operations at night with faulty electrical equipment and insufficient light-
ing of working area,
- lift people by means of the loader;
- lift and move loads with the loader if there are people in a dangerous zone (the
boundaries of the danger zone near the moving parts and working attachments of the
loader are determined by a distance within 5 m, if there are no other requirements in the
passport or manufacturer's instructions);
- carry out tractor maintenance with the loader boom raised;
- carry out loading and unloading operations under electric power lines;
- carry loader bucket over a car cabin.
ATTENTION: TO IMPROVE LONGITUDINAL STABILITY AND RELIEVE THE LOAD
ON FRONT AXLE, THE TRACTOR COUPLED WITH THE LOADER CAN BE EQUIPPED
WITH REAR LINKAGE-MOUNTED BALANCE WEIGHTS!
