4.7.2 Check and adjustment of pneumatics brake valve actuator
ATTENTION: THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SINGLE-LINE BRAKE VALVE ACTUA-
TOR SHALL BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE SERVICE BRAKE PEDALS RELEASED AND
THE PARKING BRAKE FULLY DISENGAGED; BOTH SERVICE AND PARKING
BRAKES SHALL BE PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED!
ATTENTION: CHECKING AND, IF NECESSARY, ADJUSTMENT OF THE SIN-
GLE-LINE BRAKE VALVE ACTUATOR OF THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM SHALL BE
DONE AFTER THE OPERATIONS OF THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SERVICE BRAKE
AND THE PARKING CONTROL HAVE BEEN PERFORMED!
1– rod; 2 brake valve; 3 nuts; 4 spring; 5 rod end; 6 pin 7 lever.

Check and, if necessary, adjustment of the single-line brake valve of the pneumatic
system shall be carried out as follows:
1. Attach a pressure gauge with a scale graduation of at least 1 MPa to the connect-
ing head (with a black cover) of the tractor pneumatic drive.
2. Start the engine and fill the tank with air to a pressure between 0.77 and 0.8 MPa
according to the indicator of air pressure in the pneumatic system located on the instru-
ment panel. Stop the engine.
