9. TRACTOR DISPOSAL
When disposing of the tractor after the end of its life time (operation life) proceed as
follows:
- drain and send in the prescribed manner all types of oil from the engine lubrication
system, from FDA housings, transmission and brake housings, from the НLL and HSC.
- drain the coolant from the engine cooling system, cab heating system, and send it
for recycling in the prescribed manner;
- drain electrolyte from the tractor battery, place it in containers designed for storage
and send for recycling in the prescribed manner;
- drain sediment from coarse and fine fuel filters;
- drain diesel fuel from the fuel tank and place it in the containers intended for stor-
age;
- dismantle glasses and mirrors from the tractor and send for recycling in the pre-
scribed manner;
- perform a complete disassembly of the tractor into parts, sort them into non-
metallic, steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous and precious metals, and send for recy-
cling in the prescribed manner.
Dismantling of parts and assembly units of the air conditioning system must be car-
ried out by specially trained personnel using equipment for servicing freon refrigeration
machines.
When carrying out maintenance and repair, send fuel and lubricants, parts and as-
sembly units, subjected to change, for recycling, having previously dismantled the assem-
bly units into parts and having sorted them out according to the material composition.
