2.14 Rear lift linkage control
2.14.1 RLL control general information
Tractors BELARUS-82.3 can be equipped with 2 variants of the rear lift linkage con-
trol.
- RLL control with draft regulator;
- RLL control without draft regulator.
ATTENTION: BEFORE LEAVING THE TRACTOR FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME,
MAKE SURE TO LOWER THE LIFT LINKAGE TO THE GROUND!
2.14.2 RLL control with draft regulator
The tractor is equipped with draft regulator to enable draft, position and depth con-
trol of the agricultural implements.
Draft regulator controls for ensuring draft, position and depth control of the agricul-
tural implements are shown in Figure 2.14.1.

The draft regulator is controlled by knob 2 (Figure 2.14.1). The method of regulation
is pre-selected - draft, position or depth.
Handle 2 has the following positions:
- “N” – “Neutral” (fixed position);
- “Raising” – extreme rear position (non-fixed). Hold the handle by hand until the
implement is lifted to the required height. When the handle is released, it returns to Neu-
tral;
- "Forced lowering" - extreme front position (not fixed). Hold the handle until the implement
is lowered to the required level. After releasing the handle, it returns to the end of the adjustment
zone (intermediate "Neutral").
- "Automatic control range" (regulation scale) - between the positions "Neutral" and
"Lowering". The beginning of the implement lowering corresponds to the beginning of the
regulation scale (number "1" on the panel - minimum tillage depth). The end of the regula-
tion scale corresponds to the maximum tillage depth (number "7" on the panel).
To switch the draft, position and depth regulators, the switch 3 is used. To access
the switch, remove the cover 5 by loosening the bolt and turning the plate. The switch has
the following positions:
- «N» — Disengaged (depth regulation);
- «II» — Draft regulation;
- «I» — Position regulation.
ATTENTION: BEFORE SETTING THE SWITCH TO THE SELECTED POSITION,
LIFT THE RLL TO ITS EXTREME UPPER POSITION!
