5.4.2.3 Operation 12. Checking/cleaning air conditioner condenser and engine wa-
ter radiator
Check the cleanliness of the grille of the hood mask, the cores of air conditioner
condenser 2 (figure 5.4.11) and water radiator 1 of the engine. If they are clogged, do the
following:
- clean the grille of the hood mask with compressed air on both sides;
- clean condenser 2 with compressed air. With the hood open, direct air flow per-
pendicular to the plane of the condenser from top to bottom. Jammed ribs must be
straightened with a special comb or plastic (wooden) plate. In case of severe contamina-
tion of the condenser, wash it with hot water under a pressure of not more than 0.2 MPa
and blow it with compressed air;
- clean water radiator 1 with compressed air. Direct air flow perpendicular to the
plane of the water radiator from top to bottom. In case of severe contamination of the wa-
ter radiator, rinse it with hot water under a pressure of not more than 0.2 MPa and blow it
with compressed air;
- it is necessary to clean the cores of the radiators, both from the side of the hood
mask and from the side of the engine fan.
DO NOT USE ALKALINE SOLUTIONS AND AGGRESSIVE DETERGENTS.
ATTENTION: WHEN OPERATING THE TRACTOR IN HARD OPERATING CON-
DITIONS AND IN HIGH DUST, THIS OPERATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT AFTER
EVERY 8-10 HOURS OF WORK, I.E. EVERY SHIFT!

5.4.2.4 Operation 13. Checking / washing of RLL grippers
Note The operation is carried out when the tractor RLL is equipped with lower links
with grippers.
It is necessary to check the cleanliness of the cavity for the location of the mechanism
for fixing the pivots in grippers 1 (figure 5.4.12) of the RLL. In the presence of contamination,
clean the internal cavities in the grippers and rinse them with water.
1 gripper; 2 – link.
