End of table 6.8.2
Failure,
external manifestation, cause
Troubleshooting
Cracking and delamination of cover rubbers, breaker and carcass
Violation of the norms and modes of
of tire usage (failure to observe the
load, air pressure, speed). Mechani-
cal damage caused by impact load
when hitting an obstacle
Set tire pressure in accordance with subsection 3.2.8
"Selection of optimal inner pressure in tires depending
on operational conditions and load on tractor axles,
instructions for use of tires". Avoid mechanical dam-
age to tires.
Mechanical damage to tread and sidewalls (cracks, breakdowns, cuts). Self-repair
(patches, bolts inserted into through holes). Slight tread chipping in some places
Violations of the rules of operation.
Tractor operation with high torques
on rocky, gravel, hard roads. Riding
on sharp objects. The use of tires
with cuts can lead to further damage
to the carcass.
Avoid abrupt starting on stony and uneven roads.
Avoid hard and sharp objects. Repair damaged parts
of tires in a timely manner
Destruction of the carcass and breaker
Mechanical impact on the tire. Driv-
ing with reduced pressure. Opera-
tion of tires with overloads
Avoid mechanical influences. Set tire pressure in ac-
cordance with subsection 3.2.8 "Selection of optimal
inner pressure in tires depending on operational con-
ditions and load on tractor axles, instructions for use of
tires". Avoid overloading of tires
Rupture of the carcass in the bead area
Non-compliance with the rates of
loads and internal pressure
in the
tire
Set tire pressure in accordance with subsection 3.2.8
"Selection of optimal inner pressure in tires depending
on operational conditions and load on tractor axles,
instructions for use of tires".
Damage to bead base (tubeless tires only)
Turning the tire around the wheel
rim at high torques (at low pres-
sures)
Avoid continuous operation at high torques. For field
work and other conditions of continuous operation at
high torques (plowing), set the pressure at the values
of the permissible load corresponding to a speed of
30 km/h
Circumferential and (or) radial cracks in the shoulder area.
Tire overload due to inconsistency
of the internal pressure of the tire
with the actual load. Work at high
torques. A sign of increased tire
stiffness. Poor tire manufacturing
quality.
Compliance with load conditions. On paved roads,
increase the pressure by 30 kPa, but not more than
the maximum allowed
pressure in accordance with
subsection 3.2.8 "Selection of optimal inner pressure
in tires depending on operational conditions and load
on tractor axles, instructions for use of tires".
In the
field, avoid frequent work at high torques.
