Contact the dealer. Replacement of faulty sealing, as-
sembly and check of operability shall be performed only
by maintenance department in accordance with manu-
facturer’s instruction

Tighten the bolts with a torque of 30 to 35 Nm
Different minimum radii of tractor turning to the left and to the right
Alignment of front wheels is not ad-

Incomplete turning angle of steering wheels
Insufficient pressure in the HSC hy-

to increase pressure because of low

Contact the dealer. It is required to adjust the safety
valve for the required pressure

Breakdown of feed pump
High pressure in the HSC hydraulic
system due to jamming of the dosing
pump safety valve in the closed po-
sition (possibly due to dirt accumula-
tion)
Contact the dealer. Rinse of dosing-pump components
is required. Assembly, adjustment of the safety valve for
the required pressure and check of operability shall be
performed by maintenance department in accordance
with manufacturer’s instruction

Replace the broken
feed pump.

Considering extreme complexity and responsibility of the dosing pump from the viewpoint of the steer-
ing system safety, its disassembly and assembly shall be carried out only by servicing personnel of
man
ufacturing company (or other authorized maintenance department), properly trained, who have
studied dosing pump structure and service manuals as well as assembly-disassembly manuals, and
provided they have all required service tools, accessories and special hydraulic stand, ensuring adjust-
ment and check of dosing pump parameters and operability after the repairs that have been made. Oth-
erwise, a person performing the dosing pump assembly and disassembly, replacement of parts and
components or adjustment of valves, as well as the tractor owner, will bear full responsibility for dosing
pump non-operability.
