The CS351E-D (IL) or CS351S-D (IL) can generate text on the LC display by sending this message. The data field
may be max. four bytes long (if it is shorter than four characters: fill with space characters 0x20).

Data field: User text with max. 4 ASCII characters, 4 bytes

The CS351E-G (IL) or CS351S-G (IL) can generate text on the TFT display by sending this message. The user can
also specify a time for the text to be displayed and whether the text has to be confirmed by the operator.

Data field: data 117 bytes. Divided into four lines, each with 25 ASCII characters. Lines with less than 25
characters must be filled with space characters (0x20).
