To face the two cable fixing plates, bend the
cable unit and pass it through the Joint #3.
Install the Arm #3 with approx.
- 90 degrees
while inserting the cable unit to the Arm #3.
Hexagon socket head cap bolts:
16-M4×30 (with plain washer)
Tightening torque: 5.5 ± 0.25 N·m
Be sure to have at least 2 people to
perform the operation since the parts being
heavy.
catch the cables.
-ring will not be out of the groove.
Do not apply excessive shock to the parts.
Install the encoder board 3 and
the control
Cross recessed binding head machine screws:
6-M3×6
Tightening torque: 0.45 ± 0.05 N·m
Pull the cables (connectors) to the outside of
the Arm #3.
Cables (connectors):
PW4, BR4, EB04_CN1, GS02,
EB04_CN3, two ground wires
Connect the connectors to the encoder board 3
and the control board 2.
Connectors:
EB04_CN1, EB04_CN3
GS02
