Ratio D1/D2
To calculate the ratio between two distances:
1.
Measure the first distance as described above.
2. Measure the second distance as described above. The ratio is displayed automatically.
Stenosis % Dist.
To calculate the stenosis ratio between two distances:
1. Select
Stenosis % Dist.
. The measurement cursor appears.
2. Measure the fisrt distance as described above.
3. Measure the second distance as described above. The Stenosis % Dist. is displayed
automatically.
Time
To measure the time between two points on a TL (Time Line) image:
1. Select
Time
. The measurement cursor appears.
2. Position the first point with the trackball and fix it with
Set
. A second measurement cursor
appears. This one can only be moved horizontally.
3. Position the second point with the trackball and press
Set
to finish the measurement.
HR
The Heart Rate is calculated from the measured time and adjusted heart rate cycles. To
measure it:
1. Select
HR
. The measurement cursor appears.
2. Position the first point with the trackball and press
Set
. A second measurement cursor
appears. It can only be moved horizontally.
3. Position the second point with the trackball and fix it with
Set
to finish the measurement.
10.2.6.2 Generic Vessel Measurement in M-Mode
IMT
To measure the IMT:
1. Select
IMT.
The measurement cursor appears.
2. Position the starting point with the trackball and press
Set
.
3. Position the end point with the trackball and press
Set.
The result is displayed.
Vessel Diameter
To measure the vessel diameter:
1. Select
Vessel Diam
. The measurement cursor appears.
2. Position the start point with the trackball and press
Set
.
3. Position the end point with the trackball and press
Set
again.
Stenosis Diam.
To measure the diameter:
1. Select
Stenosis Diam
. The measurement cursor appears.
2. Position the start and end point of the line and press
Set
.
