The Back-5s label does not appear
until the measurement duration is of
least 5 seconds or more since the last
Stop or Pause.
Press the center softkey to implement the five second back
erase. The center softkey then shows an undo option (unless
it has been more than 10 seconds, in which case it shows a
longer back erase option, as described below).

The user can take one of the following actions:
• Press the
9 key to continue the measurement with the
five second segment removed.
• Press the center softkey to implement the Undo action
and then press the
9 key to resume the measurement
without removing the previous five second time
segment.
