Check the power cord for continuity.
Is there continuity?
Go to step 4. Replace the power
cord.
Step 4
Check the AC line voltage to the machine. The voltage should be within
the following limits:
• for 110 V machines—100 to 127 V AC
• for 220 V machines—200 to 240 V AC
Is the voltage within the limits?
Go to step 5. Try a different outlet.
Step 5
Check the voltages on the LVPS card.
• +5 V at pins 17 and 19
• +24 V at pins 11, 13, and 15
Are the voltages correct?
Go to the controller
