10 Display & Cine Review
After freezing an image, the system may enter cine review, measure, comment adding, body mark
mode or current mode, depending on what has been preset. (Setting path: [Setup] > [System] >
[Image] > “Freeze Config”).
Tap [Unfreeze] in freeze mode to unfreeze the image, and the system continues image scanning.
10.4.1 Imaging Mode Switching When Frozen
Imaging mode switching in freeze mode follows these principles:
• In splitting display B mode, tap each image window to switch between the windows.
• In freeze mode, the system supports imaging mode switching between the sub-modes (only for
the activated window). For example, if the frozen image is in B+Color+PW mode, the system
supports imaging mode switching between B+Color+PW, B+Color, B+PW and B by tapping
[Color] or [PW].
10.5 Cine Review
The system allows you to review and edit the images prior to the image frozen. This function is
called as cine review. The magnified images can also be reviewed, and the operating method is the
same. You can perform zoom, measurements, add comments and body marks on the images being
reviewed.
The system supports manual review as well as automatic review. The default setup is Manual Cine,
but you can switch between Auto Cine and Manual Cine.
In addition, the system supports the images reviewed along with physiological unit waveforms, if
the detection of physiological unit waveforms is performed.
• The cine memory must be cleared at the end of the current patient and the
onset of the next new patient by tapping [End].
• Cine files stored in the system’s hard drive shall contain patient information,
to avoid the selection of an incorrect image file and potential misdiagnosis.
10.5.1 Entering/Exiting Cine Review
To Enter Cine Review
• The system enters the manual cine review status once tap [Freeze] to freeze the image.
• Open cine files in Review screen. The system enters automatic cine review status.
To Exit Cine Review
Tap [unFreeze] or [B], the system will return to image scanning and exit cine review.
10.5.2 2D Cine Review
Under cine review status, cine review control bar will be displayed on the cine menu.
