3. Click the <DIC leveling> button.
The [Level] panel is newly created in the [Display panel] and shows an image after
the correction of the DIC level irregularities of the background.

4. If the DIC level irregularities cannot be reduced, repeat steps 1 to 3 above by
varying the correction factor.
The background irregularities
are solved.
