2-3-1-3 Saving Specified Area of Image
Only the specified part of an image can be saved as an image in a disk.
1. Display the [Display] panel of the image containing the part to be saved in the front.
2. When the image was acquired through multiple channels, you can select whether
the image slices for multiple channels are saved together or the image slice of only
1 channel is saved.
Use the <display switching> button for the selection. The image will be saved in the
channel condition as displayed.
For the channel switching, see section 2-5-3, “Switching the Displayed
Channels”.
3. Specify a desired area in the image. This operation is not necessary if an area has
already been specified.
Click the <Annotate> button in the toolbar at the bottom of the [Acquire] panel. A list
of buttons as shown below will appear.
4. Click the <Rectangular> button in this displayed buttons.
