Sets the Z stage to the Stop Z position.
Ctrl + Page Down

Switches the [Locked] check box (motor excitation) status.
Ctrl + Delete
Cancels the Start and Stop settings. <Set Zero>
Z motor: The current position becomes 0.0.
Piezo: Returned to the 0.0 position.
