BKT Mode
This is used to configure auto bracket shooting. The [BKT Mode] dialog box can be
used to configure two types of auto bracket shooting. You can use this when you
are not sure how to set the exposure and white balance or when you cannot shoot
a number of times at different settings.
• When the [Drive Mode] is set to [Single-frame], click the [Shooting] button to shoot
the number of images specified in [Number of frames] of [AE BKT]. When the [Drive
Mode] is set to [Sequential shooting], the number of images specified in [Number of
frames] is shot each time an image is shot.

Item Description
AE BKT Several images are shot while changing the exposure for each
frame. When this box is checked, you can select the number of
images sequentially shot and the exposure differential.
• Number of frames:
Select the number of images sequentially shot from the pull-
down list.
• Compensation Step:
Select the exposure differential for each frame from the pull-
down list.
WB BKT This creates several processed images in which the white balance
compensation value is changed each time an image is shot. When
this box is checked, you can select the number of images created
and the step width of the white balance compensation. [WB Mode]
is used to configure the white balance.
• Number of frames:
Displays the number of images created each time an image is shot.
• Compensation Step:
Select the step width of the white balance compensation from
the pull-down list.
Total Number of
Frames
Displays the number of frames shot with [AE BKT] multiplied by
the number of frames shot with [WB BKT]. Only the number of
images in [Total Number of Frames] is created each time an
image is shot.
• When the [Drive Mode] is set to [Single-frame], click the
[Shooting] button to shoot the number of images specified in
[Number of frames] of [AE BKT]. When the [Drive Mode] is set
to [Sequential shooting], the number of images specified in
[Number of frames] is shot each time an image is shot.
