3. Open and close the tool changer using the Open/Close Tool Changer button.
4. Verify that the tool changer opens and in such a manner that it fully extends to the
“Hard Stop” but does not hit the “Hard Stop” with excessive force (excessive force =
loud thud, rebound with multiple thuds).
5. Verify that the tool changer closes in such a manner that the rubber nose seal on the
end of the tool changer is seen to be pulled tightly into the chamfer of the tube end
cap.

2.5.1 If the open actuation is too fast proceed as follows.
1. Reset the close tool changer valve stem to a good starting position by releasing the
locking nut and turning the valve stem clockwise until valve is fully closed. Then open
the valve 3 full turns.
