Removal
1. Remove pneumatic assembly, see section 2.12.1 "Pneumatics assembly" on page
155.
2. Tag and disconnect pneumatic tubes from the valve to be removed.
3. Remove two screws and remove valve from pneumatics assembly.

Install
1. Position valve in place on pneumatics assembly and secure with two screws.
2. Connect pneumatic tubes to appropriate fittings on valve.
3. Replace pneumatics assembly, see section 2.12.1 "Pneumatics assembly" on page
155.
2.12.5 Regulator, filter and water separator
The filter regulator and water separator components are used to regulate incoming air
pressure to the desired pressure for the milling unit (3.45 bar/50 psi) and filter out any
debris in the line. Additionally, the water separator removes liquid water from the line.
Each of these components can be replaced individually or as a group, the procedure is the
same.
