5 Verifying calibration Chapter C: Calibration

9. Make sure that the calibration block meets the acceptance criteria as stated in the
following note. If the calibration block meets the acceptance criteria the installation is
complete. If the calibration block does not meet the acceptance criteria, then proceed
to the Refine 2 calibration, see section 6 "Refine 2 calibration" on page 69.
NOTE
The differences in these pairs of values indicate the accuracy of the offset calibration
values. The acceptance criteria for the results are +/- 30 um (0.030 mm).
If the allowed tolerance is exceeded for Y, Z, or W, then proceed to the Refine 2 calibration,
see section 6 "Refine 2 calibration" on page 69. Otherwise, the calibration is complete.
