11. Install rear ROPS

onto the vehicle. Loosely install
M10 x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN 7519906)

and M10 x
1.5 flanged Nyloc nuts (PN 7520117)

mounts. Loosely install M10 x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN
7519906)

and M10 x 1.5 Nyloc nuts (PN 7547746)

into the rear mounts.
12.Install ROPS seat belt mount

. Loosely install M10 x
1.5 x 75 screws (PN 7520488)

and M10 x 1.5
Nyloc nuts (PN 7520117)

into the mounts.
13.Install front ROPS

onto the vehicle. Loosely install
M10 x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN 7519906)

and M10 x
1.5 Nyloc nuts (PN 7547746)

into each mount.
14.Install M10 x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN 5267751-458)
a
from the underside to retain the rear ROPS mounts to
the cargo box. Only tighten finger tight at this time.
15.Torque all other ROPS fasteners except for the rear
ROPS mount fasteners in step 15 to specification.
TORQUE
ROPS fasteners:
40 ft-lb (54 Nm)
16.Torque fasteners

from step 15 to specification.
TORQUE
Rear ROPS Mount fasteners:
35 ft-lb (47 Nm)
17.Reinstall the rear ROPS cover panels on both sides.
Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
ROPS Cover Panel fasteners:
14 in-lb (2 Nm)
