Executes programming.
Input format
'prg'
Description of the function
Executes programming.
When filling with 0xFF is disabled, programming is performed to the locations where program file data exist.
In this case, data is programmed with the minimum alignment unit of the MCU.
Caution: Do not issue this command if you are using HCUHEX files.
