(A) Information on area blocks
Specify the target blocks for erasure, programming, and verification.
Cautions:
1. The names of areas or block numbers are common to FP6. Note that these names may differ from
those stated in the user’s manual of the target device.
2. When “Erase All Blocks” or “Erase Chip” is selected for [Erase Options] on the [Operation Settings]
tabbed page, the settings made on the [Block Settings] tabbed page are ignored.
3. When SuperH is selected as the target device, either code flash or user boot flash can be specified
as the target of operation. When both areas need to be programmed simultaneously, you can
select both areas by specifying a DDI-format file as the program file.
(B) Lock bits or OTP
To set the lock bits or OTP, select the target blocks on the [Block Settings] tabbed page. Alternatively,
select "Set" for "Set Option" of each item on the [Flash Option] tabbed page and click [Program Flash
Option] on the [Operation Setting] tabbed page and execute [Start].
