2.2 In both cavities under the steering cover,
release both inner retaining tabs using a
long screwdriver.

Installing the Steering Cover
1. Make sure all harnesses are routed properly
into their positioning slots and are away from
the outer edges. This will ensure the wires will
not get pinched.
