(2) Motor Removal - Reference Figure 373Y
① Remove the socket head bolts (50) (4 pcs) and take out the motor case assembly from the port block (3).
② Remove the valve plate (10) from the cylinder block.
NOTE:
Be careful not to drop the valve plate (10).
③ Remove gasket (34), valve (29) and spring (30), from port block (3).
④ Remove the cylinder block ass'y from the shaft (8).
⑤ Remove the thrust plate (12) from the case.
(If it is difficult to remove, pull it with an L-shaped bar when removing.)
NOTE:
Take care not lost the three pins (22) when remove the cylinder block assembly.
(3) Shaft Removal
① Remove the socket head bolt (49) and remove the cover (19) and O-ring (35) from the case (2).
② Remove the shaft (8) together with the bearing (27) and snap ring (37) tapping the shaft lightly from the front side.
③ Remove the oil seal (31) from the cover (19).
