4) Inspection
1) Spool, Check valve, Lowering valve and Shut-off valve.
① Clean all components in a suitable solvent and air dry
② Inspect the valve spool and bore for excess wear, scratches or other damage.
The valve spool and valve body must be replaced as a matched set only.
③ Inspect the check valve's seat, lowering valve's seat and valve seat area for uneven wear or other damage.
Replace the valve and valve seat as a set if required.
④ Inspect the shut-off valve and valve seat area for uneven wear or other damage.
Replace the valve and valve seat as a set if required.
⑤ Inspect all O-ring grooves for nicks or burrs.
5) Reassembly
Reassemble the control valve in the reverse order to
disassembly and observe the followings：
(1) Replace all O-ring with new one.
(2) If removed the plate, 2, from the spool, 4, install
the plate has 66 degrees from the pin center, 3.
(3) If remove nut and screw from the plate, 2, install
the screw projects 1.3 mm from the plate, 2.
(4) Install the lowering valve spool components and
tighten the valve seat by special tool and a caulk
by center punch.
