2. DISASSEMBLY, INSPECTION AND REASSEMBLY OF CLUTCH
（Refer to 1－5, Removal of outside, for the clutch case separating method.）
1） Disassembling procedure
（1） Release bearing・Release hub・Clutch shaft・Clutch fork
① Remove the return spring and extract the release hub and bearing together frontward.
② Disconnect the wire and drive out the spring pin.
③ Remove the snap ring, extract the clutch shaft leftwards, and take out the clutch fork from the case.
For Manual Transmission

2） Inspection and service
(1) Pressure plate ass’y
① Wear of lever (fork end) to be in contact with the
release bearing.
② If the friction surface is deflected, scratched or
worn out unevenly, correct with sand paper or
replace.
For HST Transmission
