2. Tire ·Front axle support
➀ Remove the right and left tires.
➁ Remove the front and rear bearing holders and separate
the front axle ass’y and front axle support.
3 Tie rod ass’y
Remove the split pins of the right and left arms (knuckle)
and take away the nuts.
NOTE:
Remove the tie rod ass’y when removing the arm. In the
reassembling procedure (after the order 5), install it
temporarily together with the arm.
4. Case cover (final)
Remove the wheel shaft and final gear (bevel) together.
5. Transmission case (final)
① Remove the bolts of the arms (knuckle) and take out
the right and left case (final) downwards.
NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the oil seal.
② Remove the case cover, bearing, final pinion and drive
shaft from the case.
③ Remove the oil seal and bearing.
