① Extract the lift arm (left) and hydraulic arm shaft
together
② Remove the spring, O-ring and hydraulic arm.
2） Inspection
(1) Piston and cylinder
Check the outside surface of the piston and cylinder
bore. Replace if worn out or damaged.
Clearance between hydraulic cylinder and piston

Service limit (mm)

(2) O-ring
Check each O-ring and replace worn out or damaged
ones, if any.
(3) Hydraulic arm shaft and bush
① Measure the clearance between the hydraulic arm
shaft and bush and replace if the service limit is
exceeded.
② When replacing the bush, drive in a new one up to
6 mm in depth below the cylinder case end surface.
